One of our great discoveries – the sublime harmony of eggplant and walnut. Smooth, with a touch of garlic and, as always, a few carefully chosen spices thrown in.

Eggplant (65%), garlic (13%), olive oil, nuts (4%), onion, red wine, tandoori, salt, vinegar, colombo, pepper. May contain traces of nuts.
