Green Olive Amellau

An old variety, native to the Herault, Amellau is an olive with lovely floral aromas that has become rare as growers have abandoned it in favor of the emblematic Lucques. And since Amellau is also the name of our street, we just had to add it to our collection. Try it on fresh baguette or when cooking fish.

Amellau Olive (84%), olive oil, lemon juice, garlic. May contain traces of nuts.
