Marinade for fish

Our marinades are for adding zest to dishes cooked on the grill, roast, or pan fried. Our cuisine with a paintbrush will make you feel like an artist at work on a piece of meat or fish in no time. Pick up your brush and let loose your imagination !!! A touch of crushed dried fruits, a soupçon of spices, an explosion of colours, appetising contours of olive oil which perfectly cover the subject. I’ll stop there, no need to add anything – just eat !

Cooking advice : Apply with a brush, a layer of this mixture over your meat. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours .
