Absolutely delicious and irresistible! With goat’s cheese and mussels it make a super hors d’oeuvre. Or you can use this cream to make salad dressings, to spread on barbecued meats, a fillet of fish or simply on bread, taco chips or crackers as an aperitif !
 
Cooking advice :Taste on toasts with goat cheese or mussel, goes well with grilled meats, beef, lamb, chicken, veal, pasta, rice and potatoes
